About Us
This platform aims to promote awareness, advance learning and support research and collaborations in the use of artificial intelligence in health research. Researchers, students and interested public can engage and be involved in this field as a learning participant, speaker, trainer or research collaborator.
Specific Aims
It specifically aims to:
- Provide accessible information, seminars and training courses on AI in health research;
- Offer opportunities to develop collaborations and networks of researchers interested on the theme;
- Provide a venue to discuss updates, as well as issues on the application of AI in health research;
- Engage and involve the public in learning and research in this discipline.
This initiative is spearheaded by academics and researchers at Newcastle University’s Population Health Sciences Institute – Biostatistics Research Group (BRG).
